KERNSAFE - iSCSI SAN Software and Storage Virtualization

There are two ways to create a new user.

1.Right click the Users node on the left tree of the main window. From the pop-up menu select the Create user menu item.

2.Select Users node on the left tree of the main window, click the menu Clients->Add...

Complete the wizard involves specifying the following things:
• The name of the user.
• The password of the user.
• The confirm password of the user.

If you wish to use this account for mutual authorization, please select Enable mutual authorization box and type mutual secret. Please keep in mind that it is case sensitive.

The target will be authorized by the group, each user must be added into groups, in order to ensure the security of the data.

Edit and delete a user

Select the user which you want to modify or delete. Right click on it, and select the 'Properties' menu item to edit the user info or select the Delete User menu item to delete the user.
